Privacy at Wrivid
This is a plain-language draft privacy notice for the current Wrivid site. It is meant to describe how the product works today without making legal-program claims that have not been confirmed yet.
What Wrivid collects
Wrivid may collect basic technical information needed to operate the site, such as request time, browser type, device information, referring pages, IP-derived location signals, and pages requested. This information is generally used for reliability, security, debugging, and product improvement.
Analytics and consent
Wrivid uses analytics only after a visitor accepts analytics consent. If analytics consent is declined or not yet given, analytics events should not be sent. Analytics may help us understand which public pages are useful, where readers encounter issues, and how the reading workflow can improve.
Cookies and local storage
Wrivid may use cookies or browser local storage to remember consent choices, saved reports, interface state, and similar site preferences. Saved reports are stored locally in the browser unless a future signed-in account feature says otherwise.
Third-party services
Wrivid may rely on hosting, analytics, database, email, and monitoring providers to operate the site. Those services may process limited technical information on Wrivid's behalf. Wrivid also links to third-party publishers where the original publications are available.
Source publications
Wrivid indexes metadata and links for public institutional publications. Original publisher websites may have their own privacy notices, terms, cookies, and tracking practices. Wrivid does not control those third-party websites.
Updates
This draft notice may change as Wrivid adds account features, publisher tools, paid plans, or other product surfaces. Material changes should be reflected on this page before those features become active.
